"ICMD: A new tool to end impunity for those who violate the rules of war. A new initiative by RWI promises to revolutionise the way compliance with the rules of war is monitored globally."

The ICMD is an ambitious project launched by the Raoul Wallenberg Institute that aims to centralize existing data from a vast network of partners on the ground, in order to facilitate access and analysis of information regarding compliance with IHL in armed conflicts around the world.

RWI is currently accepting applications for the position ICMD Programme Officer. Deadline is 11 January 2026.
